The terms that apply when you buy from this shop.
Seller
The seller is A.I.T. Multiverse Consulting Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus. Email: hello@collectiblesmultiverse.com.
The cards
Each listing is for the single card shown in the photos. Condition is "as shown in the photos". Card details (player, set, parallel, serial number) are described as accurately as we can; the photos take priority over the text.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro. Shipping is added at checkout. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. With Revolut or bank transfer, cards are held for 48 hours and the order is cancelled if payment has not arrived by then.
Offers
On cards marked open to offers you can send an offer. An accepted offer gives you a private link to buy the card at that price for 48 hours. Until you pay, the card stays on sale to everyone.
One of each
Most cards exist only once in our stock. We also sell at events and on other channels. If a card you paid for is no longer available, we refund you in full straight away.
Delivery
We ship to Box Now lockers in Cyprus or Greece. Risk passes to you when you collect the parcel from the locker.
Cancelling and returns
See the returns page for your 14-day right to cancel.
Complaints
Email us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
