Cancellations
Cards are sold as shown in the photos. This page sets out the cancellation right that EU consumer law gives to online buyers.
Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you collect the parcel from the Box Now locker, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@collectiblesmultiverse.com with your order number.
Sending cards back
Return the cards within 14 days of telling us, in the same sleeve and top-loader and in the same condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning them. Use a tracked service such as Box Now so the parcel can be followed.
Your refund
We refund the price of the cards and the original shipping charge within 14 days of receiving the cards back, to the same payment method you used. We check every returned card against the photos in the listing. If a card comes back damaged or swapped, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
A card arrived damaged or is not as shown
Email us within 48 hours of collecting the parcel with photos of the card and the packaging. We will put it right with a full refund including return shipping.
