Who is responsible

What we collect
For an order: your name, email, mobile number, chosen Box Now locker and the cards you bought. For an offer, a contact message or a card request: what you type in the form.
Why
To fulfil your order, to give Box Now what it needs to deliver to the locker and send you a PIN, to reply to you, and to keep the records the law requires for sales.
Who we share it with
Box Now (delivery), Stripe (card payments), and our email provider (order emails). We never sell your data and send no marketing without asking.
How long
Order records are kept for as long as Cyprus tax law requires. Offers, messages and card requests are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
The shop uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser. A language cookie remembers English or Greek.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
